1. Returns
Due to the nature of our products, we cannot accept returns for resale. Each piece is unique and created with care, making it impossible to resell once returned.
2. Damaged Items
Our shipping record for stained glass has been meticulous. However, if you receive your item damaged during shipping, please contact us and send photos to atouchofglassbeaumont@gmail.com.
3. Replacement
Once we receive your email with the photo of the damaged item, we will review it and notify you of the status of your replacement. If approved, we will send a replacement piece.
4. Shipping
The replacement piece will be similar to your original purchase in colour and style. A Touch of Glass Beaumont will cover the shipping costs.
